AJC preps for initial public offering of nearly 4 million shares on HaSTC
Agribank Gold,Silver and Gemstone Trading JSC (AJC) will make an initial public offering (IPO) of nearly 3.8 million shares at the initial price of VND10,200 per share on the Hanoi Securities Trading Centre on August 21. AJC has a charter capital of VND206billion (US$12.5million) and is involved in gold and financial businesses. The company specialises in developing new transaction techonologies for gold.
